The PM5 Performance Monitor gives you clear feedback throughout your workout, including distance, time, stroke rate, watts, calories and splits. You can also set workouts based on time or distance, making it easy to structure your training around your own goals.
Comfort is built into the design. The ergonomic handle provides a secure and comfortable grip, while the adjustable footrests and straps help you find a stable position during each stroke. The monitor arm can also be adjusted to place the display where it’s easiest for you to see.
When your workout is finished, the rower can be separated into two sections for easier storage. Built-in caster wheels make moving it around your home more convenient, so you can reposition the machine without having to lift the entire rower.
