At Utlimate Workout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be able to return or exchange it in accordance with the terms below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be new, unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and tags where applicable. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item of equal value, simply get in touch with our team within the 30-day window along with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at help@utlimateworkout.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions (and a return label, if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
- Keep your proof of postage until the return has been received and processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect—in which case we’ll cover the cost.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fee will be charged. You won’t be charged anything simply for returning an eligible item under this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund where you’re entitled to one. Our standard processing time is within 7 days of the return being received and approved, and refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note the time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our 30-day return policy.
