NordicTrack RW900 Rower

Take your home fitness routine further with the NordicTrack RW900 Rower, a premium rowing machine that combines quiet magnetic resistance, immersive digital training and ergonomic design. Built for everything from gentle recovery sessions to demanding interval workouts, it delivers a smooth, low-impact rowing experience that engages multiple major muscle groups. The impressive 24-inch HD touchscreen brings interactive workouts directly into your home, while iFIT technology offers personalised training plans, automatic resistance adjustments and access to an extensive library of instructor-led sessions. With thoughtful comfort features and versatile workout options, the RW900 is designed to make every session more engaging and effective.

Full-Body Training with Every Stroke

The NordicTrack RW900 provides a comprehensive workout by engaging your legs, core, back, shoulders and arms in one coordinated movement. Its flowing rowing action offers a low-impact alternative to many high-impact cardio exercises, helping reduce repetitive impact on the knees, ankles and hips. With 26 resistance levels, you can adjust your workout to suit your current fitness level, whether you are building endurance, maintaining general fitness or pushing through more challenging training sessions.

26 Levels of Quiet Magnetic Resistance

Enjoy a controlled rowing experience with Silent Magnetic Resistance™ technology, which provides 26 selectable resistance levels for different workout intensities. The inertia-enhanced flywheel helps create a fluid, consistent feel throughout each stroke, while the magnetic system keeps operation quiet. When connected to compatible iFIT training sessions, the resistance can adjust automatically to match the workout, allowing you to focus on your technique and performance.

24-Inch HD Touchscreen for Immersive Workouts

The large 24-inch HD touchscreen makes it easy to follow your training while keeping your workout information and digital content in view. Its tilting and pivoting design allows you to adjust the screen for a comfortable viewing angle during rowing or reposition it for off-machine activities such as strength training and yoga. With an eligible iFIT Pro membership, you can access interactive training content, explore scenic rowing locations and enjoy supported streaming entertainment.

Personalised Training with iFIT SmartAdjust™ and AI Coach

Bring more structure to your exercise routine with the connected training features available through iFIT. Access more than 10,000 workouts led by experienced trainers, professional rowers and Olympic athletes, with sessions filmed in a variety of locations around the world. SmartAdjust™ adapts workout intensity based on your performance and training history, helping tailor sessions to your ability. The AI Coach can help organise your schedule, recommend workouts and support consistency by preparing your next session. An iFIT Pro membership is required for these premium features.

Ergonomic Design for Comfortable Rowing

The RW900 is designed to support a comfortable position throughout your workout. Its ergonomic moulded seat travels along an oversized aluminium rail, providing a stable platform for smooth movement. The soft-touch handle offers a comfortable grip during repeated strokes, while the oversized pivoting pedals follow the natural movement of your feet. Adjustable nylon straps help keep your feet securely positioned, allowing you to concentrate on maintaining a steady rowing rhythm.

Connected Entertainment and Fitness Tracking

Stay connected while you train with the RW900’s integrated audio and connectivity features. Two 2-inch speakers provide onboard sound, while Bluetooth headphone support lets you listen privately during workouts. A USB-C port offers convenient charging connectivity for compatible devices. With an iFIT Pro membership, you can also synchronise supported training data with services such as Strava, Garmin Connect and Apple Health to keep your fitness activity organised across platforms.

Practical Features for Home Gyms

Despite its substantial screen and robust construction, the NordicTrack RW900 is designed for convenient use in a home fitness space. Integrated transport wheels make repositioning the machine easier when needed. Its sturdy frame supports a maximum user weight of 136 kg, while the generous rail length accommodates a full rowing movement. These features make it a versatile option for users who want advanced training technology in a dedicated home gym.
