At Utlimate Workout, we want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something isn't right, we're here to sort it out.
We accept returns for products that are faulty as well as products you simply changed your mind about.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind Returns)
If you're a consumer shopping from the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in addition to anything else we offer below.
- Cancellation window: You have 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you've nominated) receives the goods to let us know you'd like to cancel.
- Return window: Once you've told us you're cancelling, you then have another 14 calendar days to send the goods back to us.
- How to notify us: Email us at help@utlimateworkout.co.uk or call us on +44 2825 429023 with your order number and a clear message that you'd like to cancel.
You're welcome to inspect and handle the goods the way you would in a shop, just to check what they're like and how they work. This doesn't affect your right to return them. That said, if the goods lose value because of handling beyond this, for example if the item has been used, assembled, or shows signs of wear, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect that loss in value.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and send us some photos of the issue. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply here, and you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
Return Eligibility Beyond the Statutory 14 Days
As a goodwill gesture, we also accept returns of new, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging for up to 14 days after your cancellation notice period ends, subject to the conditions above. This is on top of your statutory rights and doesn't limit them in any way.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at help@utlimateworkout.co.uk or +44 2825 429023 within the applicable window above, with your order number handy.
- We'll confirm your return and send you a return shipping label along with the return address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and attach the label we've sent you.
- Drop the parcel off at your nearest courier collection point.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for you. We provide a prepaid return label once your return has been confirmed by our team. We also don't charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for eligible products within the same return period, subject to availability. Just follow the return process above and let us know what you'd like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, or you give us proof that it's been posted, we'll process your refund within 14 days, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If the goods have lost value due to unnecessary handling on your part, as explained above, we may deduct that amount from your refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few extra days for the money to show up in your account.
Cancelling an Order Before It's Shipped
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it's been dispatched. Just contact us as soon as you can at help@utlimateworkout.co.uk.
Coverage
This policy applies to all products available in our store, for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where this policy offers more than your statutory rights, that's an added benefit on top of them. Where anything here conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights always come first.
