100 Resistance Levels for Versatile Training

The combined air and magnetic resistance system offers 100 resistance levels, allowing you to tailor each session to your goals. Move seamlessly between controlled endurance rows, interval sessions and high-intensity sprint efforts, with a broad resistance range to challenge users of different fitness levels.

Intuitive TFT 2.0 Console

The TFT 2.0 console brings your workout data and training options together in an easy-to-use interface. Convenient buttons on the ergonomic handle let you change screens while rowing, so you can check key metrics and training views without interrupting your rhythm.

Choose from a variety of workout programmes, including Quick Start, Power Training, Heart Rate Training, Interval Training, Race a Distance and Race a Friend. The Coach By Color feature adds visual intensity guidance, while Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity support compatible devices.

Quick Adjustments and Comfortable Setup

Get started quickly with the quick-release ratchet foot straps, designed to make securing and releasing your feet straightforward. The resistance control knob is positioned for convenient access near the catch position, allowing you to adjust the challenge with minimal disruption to your technique.

The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip, while the aluminium rail supports a smooth rowing motion throughout each session.

Smooth, Reliable Drive System

Built for consistent performance, the rowing mechanism combines a Poly-V belt drive with a chain-based pulling system. This durable configuration supports a steady stroke across a variety of training intensities, making the Heat Performance Row suitable for regular use in home gyms, studios and commercial fitness facilities.

Self-Powered Design and Convenient Mobility

The integrated generator and LiPo battery power the machine without requiring a fixed mains connection, giving you greater freedom when arranging your training space. A built-in phone holder keeps your device close at hand, while the transport handle and two transport wheels make repositioning the rower more convenient.

Finished in charcoal black, the machine features a robust steel frame and aluminium rail, combining a professional appearance with a durable construction.
