Full-Body Training

Rowing combines a number of major muscle groups in one continuous movement. Your legs, core, arms, shoulders and back all contribute to each stroke, making the RW900 a versatile option for home cardio and strength-focused training.

The smooth gliding action is also low impact, helping to reduce stress on the knees, ankles and hips compared with higher-impact forms of exercise.

The RW900 uses Silent Magnetic Resistance™ (SMR™) across all 26 resistance levels. Whether you’re easing into a recovery session or working through a demanding interval, the magnetic system keeps the noise down.

An inertia-enhanced flywheel provides a fluid feel through each stroke, helping you maintain a consistent rhythm throughout your workout.

24″ HD Touchscreen

The large 24-inch HD touchscreen can tilt and pivot to give you a clear view while rowing. Move it into a more suitable position when you’re using the screen for off-rower workouts such as strength training or yoga.

With an iFIT Pro Membership, you can access more than 10,000 workouts, including rowing sessions filmed on rivers and open water around the world. Workouts are led by professional rowers, Olympic athletes and other experienced trainers.

Training That Adapts to You

When using compatible iFIT workouts, the resistance can adjust automatically as the session progresses, helping you stay focused on your workout rather than constantly changing settings yourself.

SmartAdjust™ takes your performance into account and adjusts the workout difficulty based on how you’re training. The AI Coach can also help organise your sessions around your goals and keep your training schedule moving.

Small details can make a big difference during a rowing session. The RW900 features an oversized aluminium seat rail and ergonomic moulded seat to provide a stable, comfortable position as you row.

The soft-touch ergonomic handle is designed to feel comfortable in your hands, while the oversized pivoting pedals move naturally with your feet. Adjustable nylon straps help keep your feet secure throughout each stroke.

Keep Everything Connected

The RW900 includes two 2-inch speakers and Bluetooth headphone support, so you can choose how you listen during your workouts. A USB-C port provides a convenient way to charge compatible devices.

With an iFIT Pro Membership, workout data can also be synced with compatible platforms including Strava, Garmin Connect and Apple Health.
