Our 20mm Sprung Gym Floor Mats are one of our most popular gym flooring options, rated for a 140kg weight drop and suitable for both commercial gyms and home gym setups. Each mat measures 1m x 1m (100cm x 100cm) and is made from 100% recycled premium SBR rubber.
These mats are ideal for functional fitness training, free weights, and gym machines. They offer a slip-resistant, non-slip textured surface with a bevelled edge for a clean, professional finish, and provide a high level of shock absorption to help protect the joints during workouts.
The top layer is tested for abrasion resistance, flame resistance, and height-drop impact, making it a durable choice for daily gym use. Constructed from low-VOC, non-toxic, recycled rubber, these tiles are an eco-friendly and low-odour flooring solution, using an adhesive binder that prevents strong smells.
Available in thicknesses ranging from 11mm to 43mm to suit different gym flooring needs.
